Two reciprocating grate biomass boilers have been delivered to Chile and Vietnam. Produce 20 ton steam per hour for furniture and food company.
Features include:
1. Large furnace, high combustion chamber;
2. Reciprocating grate, staged air distribution, and staged zoned combustion;
3. Fully membrane water-cooled walls and water-cooled arch structure;
4. Equipped with steam soot blowing device + ash removal door;
5. Dual feeding methods: screw feeding + chute feeding;
6. Energy-saving equipment such as cast iron economizer and air preheater;
7. Multi-stage flue gas treatment devices such as multi-tube dust collector, bag filter, and water film dust collector.
