Introduction
Thermal oil boiler is an industrial heating system that uses thermal oil as medium, the high-temperature oil pumps pushes the hot oil through a closed-loop pipe network to industrial equipment like hot press, dryers or reactors etc. The oil gives off its heat to the process and then flows back to the boiler to be heated again and again.

Automatic Diesel Gas Thermal Oil Boilers
① YYQW Series: YYQW is a horizontal thermal oil boiler with a three‑coil wet‑back furnace. It has an external oil tank, top Italian burner, and double‑door smoke box that makes inspection easy. The boiler runs automatically and is simple to maintain. It also can be supplied as a skid‑mounted unit, fast installation. Power range is from 350 kW up to 14.000 kW.
② YYQL Series: YYQL is vertical thermal oil boiler with compact three‑coil design, external oil tank, and Italian burner. It is highly automated, small footprint, easy to maintain, offers 210–7,000 kW power.
Economic Coal Wood Biomass Thermal Oil Boilers
Note: The boiler furnace and combustion grate are designed differently depending on the fuel used.
① YLW Series: YLW is horizontal thermal oil boiler with a patented serpentine coil and customized combustion grate. Wet-back design, multi soot blower, big access doors, and circulation oil pump, for high thermal efficiency, easy ash cleaning and maintenance. Automatic feeding and ash removal, power from 350 kW to 29.000 kW.
② YGL Series: YGL is vertical thermal oil boiler with a compact, space‑saving design. It runs on coal and biomass fuels like firewood, bark, wood waste, solid fuel. A three‑pass coil and forced circulation provide high temperature (up to 350°C) at low pressure. Power range is 230 kW to 7000 kW.

Electric thermal oil heater, 10-1400kw oil boiler. Easy to install, automatic control, no need labor, clean and environmentally friendly, no smoke, no pollution. Thermal efficiency reaches over 97%. Stable heating and accurate temperature adjustment ±1℃, explosion-proof level: Exd II BT4, protection level: IP55.
