SZL Biomass Fired Boiler

SZL series is horizontal water tube biomass boiler. Fully automatic and modular for quick installation. Two models are available: SZL-A and D-type. (SZW meaning with reciprocating/step grate)

We customize fuel feeding and combustion system, furnace chamber and arches, air distribution system, ash removal system, and flue gas emission system based on the fuel type(calorific value, particle size, moisture content, ash content, and ash fusion temperature) This is essential for ensuring efficient boiler operation and stable steam supply.

SZL boilers can burn biomass pellets, briquettes, wood chips, corn cobs, rice husks, palm shells, various nut shells, palm fiber, bagasse, wood waste, bark, agro waste from industrial processes, olive pomace, coffee grounds, and bulk biomass with high moisture content. Produce steam or hot water used for heating, drying, sterilization, cooking, driving steam turbines, and other thermal applications.
